Job Description
SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. invites enthusiastic candidates to embark on a rewarding career path as a Retail Territory Manager for South Mindanao (Davao). In this role, you will manage our stations and personnel, ensuring strict adherence to operational policies and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local government regulations.
- Perform audits and provide training to Station Managers on standard operations.
- Analyze profitability and collaborate with the Retail Sales Team.
Requirements:
- Open to recent graduates from any field.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (manual transmission).
- Knowledge of Mindanao; retail experience is a plus.
