Job Description
WTW is seeking a dedicated Works and Rewards Data Analyst to join our Global Delivery Center team. In this role, you will support various client projects focused on work and rewards programs, including market pay benchmarking and pay design. You will collaborate with consultants across multiple regions, utilizing WTW-specific methodologies and tools.
The Role Includes:
- Data research and analysis using Excel and proprietary software
- Generating reports and collaborating on client deliverables
- Developing expertise in rewards and executive compensation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with analytical focus
- Strong communication skills in English
- 1-2 years of relevant experience desirable
