Job Description
iQOR Philippines is seeking a dedicated Workforce Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a Workforce Management setting within a BPO. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and development skills are essential for this complex role.
Skills Requirements:
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge in software programming is a plus.
- Expertise with reporting tools.
- Ability to interpret complex data.
