Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Workforce Supervisor to join Addforce Human Resources Solution Inc. This full-time position offers a shifting schedule with onsite work in Ortigas, Pasig & Gilmore, Quezon City. The salary ranges from Php 50,00 to Php 55,00 monthly.
As a Workforce Supervisor, you will lead workforce management, including forecasting and scheduling activities across various lines of business (email, chat, and voice). Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor’s Degree, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and supervisory experience.
