Overall Purpose: The Workforce Services Manager will oversee the WFM and AP/QA teams, ensuring effective management and support for all contracts and service level agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage budget and cost structure for WFM AP and QA.
- Support Command Center leads with sales and RFP responses.
- Explore opportunities to expand service offerings.
- Drive down cost to serve and enhance shared services model.
- Ensure delivery on all contracts and SLAs.
Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of industry experience.
- 5 years of leadership experience.
- 5-8 years of Workforce Management experience.
