Job Description

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

As a Workforce Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for closely monitoring real-time call volumes and staffing levels. Your main task will be to ensure that actual data aligns with the forecasted call volumes and staffing.

You will extract and deliver accurate reports using various tools within Operations, primarily through Excel, Access, Sheets, and Forms. A thorough understanding of call center tasks and the technology that tracks them is essential for success in this role.
