Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Workforce Analyst to join our team at Alorica. In this role, you will analyze data and trends to determine workforce requirements, utilize scheduling software, and process time-off requests. You will maintain Workforce tool information, conduct simulations, and provide staffing recommendations during regular calls with Operations and Client Solutions.

Requirements include a high school diploma, preferred bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, 1 year of workforce experience, and familiarity with EWFM, Aspect, and IEX. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
