Job Description
Foton Motor Philippines, Inc. is on the lookout for a committed Warranty Encoder to join our dynamic team. In this role, the selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting the Warranty Section by ensuring that warranty claims are processed with efficiency and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Encode and manage warranty claims through the Foton International System.
- Document both approved and denied claims, and generate regular warranty reports.
- Collaborate with supervisors and technical personnel to address warranty-related inquiries.
