Job Description
Manila HiresPH is seeking experienced Online Assistants to support our Hotel Reservation team. In this role, you will engage with customers through chat and email, assisting them with hotel bookings and inquiries. If you possess at least 6 months of experience in BPO or customer service and are a high school graduate, we encourage you to apply! Enjoy a stable Monday to Friday schedule, with weekends off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with hotel reservation inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding room availability and pricing.
- Deliver outstanding customer service experiences.
Qualifications: Minimum high school graduate, at least 6 months of customer service experience, excellent proficiency in written English.
