Position Overview: The Voice Hub Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring high call quality, and meeting service level objectives.
Qualifications:
- Suitable for college graduates with at least 6 months of BPO experience.
- High school graduates, senior high school graduates, or college undergraduates with a minimum of 2.5 years of BPO experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Must be flexible to work on rotating shifts and during holidays.
- Strong communication skills are a must.
- Willingness to work at any Accenture offsite location is required.
