Position Overview: The Voice Hub Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring high call quality, and meeting service level objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Suitable for college graduates with at least 6 months of BPO experience.
  • High school graduates, senior high school graduates, or college undergraduates with a minimum of 2.5 years of BPO experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Must be flexible to work on rotating shifts and during holidays.
  • Strong communication skills are a must.
  • Willingness to work at any Accenture offsite location is required.
