Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Virtual Travel Assistants at OrbitOfficials.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs.
- Know company products and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain professionalism with challenging customers.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old and above; Filipino citizen or with residency.
- Conversant in English; at least a high school graduate.
- Strong active listening skills.
