Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide leadership to the Virtual Resource Hub team.
- Develop and implement operational policies to optimize service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and lead service enhancement initiatives.
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the budget and financial performance of the hub.
Required Skills:
- Certified Public Accountant.
- Minimum 4 years of external audit experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules.
