Job Description

Shore360 is seeking an experienced Virtual Receptionist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, manage client concerns, and uphold positive relationships with our clients. Your responsibilities will include answering and directing calls, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and updating our Project Contact List.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of inbound call center experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based platforms. A fixed night shift schedule is required.
