Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Front Desk Receptionist to join our fast-growing healthcare BPO, Vector Outsourcing Solutions Phils., Inc., based in the US. Your responsibilities will include responding to chats, inbound and outbound calls from patients, providers, and insurance companies, as well as managing emails, voicemails, data entry, and payment collection.
Ideal candidates will possess excellent English communication skills, a willingness to work night shifts, and the ability to work from home with reliable internet. Previous experience in BPO and knowledge of EMR/EHR systems are preferred.
