Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Virtual Customer Travel Booking Assistants at OrbitOfficials.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ travel needs and provide accurate solutions using established procedures.
- Understand and effectively communicate our company’s services, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain professionalism and patience when dealing with customers.
Qualifications:
- Available for onsite interviews.
- Filipino citizen or relevant residency status.
