Job Description

Join our dynamic team at Power Up Workpool Inc. as a Virtual Assistant! In this role, you will research and schedule speaking opportunities in Estate Planning, manage client communications, and automate email outreach. Your organizational skills will be key as you handle data entry into CRM (i.e., Clio) and conduct follow-up calls.

Minimum qualifications include experience in Estate Planning, knowledge of CRM systems, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a background in customer service and marketing. A graduate in Marketing or any Business course with at least one year of Virtual Assistant experience is required.

This full-time position is based in Parañaque, with a salary of Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month, plus benefits like health insurance and paid training.
