Job Description

Minimum Job Description:

• Research and schedule speaking opportunities for Estate Planning
• Schedule intake calls and Planning sessions
• Automate email communications to clients and potential clients
• Manage client Data/Demographics in CRM (i.e., Clio)
• Perform follow-up communications with clients

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in Estate Planning
• Proficient in Clio CRM
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in customer service and marketing
• Marketing or Business degree
• 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant
• Willing to work on-site (Parañaque) and on shifting schedules

Job Type: Full-time, Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00/month
