Minimum Job Description:

• Research and schedule speaking opportunities for Estate Planning.
• Schedule intake calls and planning sessions.
• Automate email communications with clients.
• Manage client data entry in CRM (Clio).
• Follow up communications with clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Estate Planning.
• Proficient in CRM software (Clio) and Microsoft Office.
• 1 year experience as a Virtual Assistant.
• Available for night/early shifts; willing to work on-site in Parañaque.
