Job Description
Resonanz TG Inc. is actively searching for a proactive and reliable Village Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our residential community. This position demands exceptional leadership and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee security, maintenance, and clubhouse facilities within the village.
- Supervise maintenance and security personnel.
- Ensure a continuous supply of electricity and water.
- Monitor ongoing construction projects and liaise with relevant agencies.
- Organize and lead the village’s Emergency and Rescue Team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facility management or community administration.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Crisis management experience is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php 20,00.00/month
