Job Description

Joy-Nostalg is seeking a Village Administrator responsible for unit turnover to buyers, ensuring quality acceptance, and overseeing homeowner orientations. The ideal candidate will manage the inspection process, expedite warranty resolutions, and monitor property safety and upkeep.

Qualifications include a degree in business or engineering (preferred in Civil or Electrical Engineering) with 3-5 years of property management experience. Strong customer service skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential. Candidates must be willing to work in Biñan, Sta. Rosa, or Calamba Laguna.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month | Benefits: Life insurance, 13th month salary.
