Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Render primary support on vendor-related billings.
- Coordinate with outsourcing partners on billing disputes.
- Maintain vendor team documents including:
- Vendor Penalty Billing Tracker
- Vendor Offense Tracker
- Vendor Billing Tracker
- Validate accuracy of data for penalty applications.
- Implement processes and policies for vendors.
Experience: 1 to 2 years in high-volume invoice processing.
Skills: Experience in complex billing and advanced computer skills (Word, Excel).
