Job Description
The ISO Certification and Accreditation Admin Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the Management Service within the Business Assurance Division for Legal Entities in ASEAN. This position encompasses responsibilities such as managing quotations, planning audits, and ensuring auditor qualifications are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate timely and precise quotations.
- Efficiently plan and manage audit processes.
- Review and finalize audit plans and quotations.
- Support the evaluation of auditor qualifications.
- Provide technical assistance to ASEAN legal entity administrators.
- Effectively maintain departmental data.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least three years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and computer proficiency.
