Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented US Payroll Technician to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing for US employees. Responsibilities include executing payroll cycles; calculating wages, deductions, and taxes; ensuring federal and state compliance; reconciling payroll accounts; generating reports; and addressing employee inquiries.
- Required proficiency with ADP, Workday, or Paychex, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of US payroll tax laws.
- Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent) and 1–3 years of US payroll experience.
- Attributes: strong numerical accuracy, strict confidentiality, and effective communication skills.
