Job Description
Specific Duties:
- Remind and follow-up on payments from delinquent accounts using various collection methods (SMS, Phone Calls, Email, etc.)
- Confirm client information and payment agreements.
- Prepare reports on collection activities such as delinquent account status or progress.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Welcoming applicants with or without collection experience.
- Must be a high school graduate or college-level student.
- Computer literate.
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Can start ASAP.
