Job Description
Bridges Framework Consultancy Co. seeks a full-time Truck Dispatcher based in Silang, Cavite. The successful candidate will coordinate driver schedules, ensure timely pickups and deliveries, monitor and report trip statuses, maintain driver and customer communications, document logistics data and generate reports, enforce transport compliance, oversee driver performance and safety, coordinate vehicle inspections and repairs, assist with loading/unloading as needed, and manage emergency dispatch and route support.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Attributes: excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to learn internal processes quickly.
- On-site role; benefits include company events, flextime, and paid training.
