Job Description
Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Senior Travel & Expense Representative in our Global Business Services based in Manila. This role is crucial for auditing employee expense claims and managing queries, ensuring compliance with T&E policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit Expense reports and identify potential policy violations.
- Validate GL codes and process expense reports in the ERP system.
- Ensure invoices are accurate and approved.
- Reconcile unallocated payments in ERP systems.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- University/College degree.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and attention to detail.
