Job Description
Schneider Electric is seeking a talented Travel and Admin Coordinator to assist in travel bookings for employees and customers, including visa arrangements and hotel reservations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in general administration, managing meeting room reservations, preparing expense reports, and organizing events.
Qualifications include strong organizational skills, initiative, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and proficiency in PC software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes). Basic finance literacy and the ability to analyze issues are essential. Familiarity with SAP applications is a plus.
This is a full-time position based in Taguig, Philippines.
