Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Processing billing and monitoring POD status
- POD uploading and re-uploading
- Preparing and issuing invoices and reports
- Making adjustments to invoices as needed
- Interacting with clients and suppliers to resolve issues
- Following company billing guidelines and compliance
- Maintaining accurate records in our database
- Resolving discrepancies with billing reports
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Detail-oriented and pro-active
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Can start immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 8-hour Day shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
