Job Description
Sphere Rocket VA is seeking a skilled Transaction Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Review contracts and addendums to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Manage transaction platforms, including Dotloop and Brivity.
- Send documents for compliance using KW Command.
- Coordinate with buyers, agents, attorneys, lenders, and inspection companies.
- Assist with new construction and resale processes from contract to closing.
Qualifications: Experience as a Transaction and Listing Coordinator, fluent in English (written and verbal), and familiarity with MLS systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,00.00 – Php80,00.00 per month
Benefits: Work from home, 8-hour shifts.
