Job Description

Insoft Philippines is looking for a Training Operations Manager to enhance our training processes and business opportunities. Key responsibilities include managing training staff, hiring instructors, analyzing market trends, and developing courses. You will ensure a seamless experience for participants and collaborate with sales and IT to expand our network.

Minimum qualifications include experience in operations and training management, stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in financial statements. Excellent reporting skills are required.
