Job Description

TIMS COFFEE is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to enhance our workforce’s knowledge and skills. In this role, you will provide training, support, and mentorship to our operations team, as well as assist in the development and design of training modules and guides.

Educational Background:

– Graduate of a 4-year Business Management or Education course

– Training background preferred

Work Experience:

– 2-3 years as an Instructor/Trainer

Skills & Other Qualifications:

– Strong understanding of restaurant operations

– Proven training cycle mastery

– Excellent leadership skills

– Proficient in Microsoft Office

– Must possess good moral character and integrity.
