Job Description
iResource Consulting is seeking a highly motivated Training Officer to coordinate and monitor our training programs. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field, with prior work experience in the crewing industry.
Key responsibilities include scheduling training sessions, managing resources, maintaining training records, and assessing program effectiveness through feedback. Candidates with training experience or a background in instructional design are preferred.
