Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Training Associate is primarily responsible for implementing the Behavioral Training’s monthly calendar of activities, preparing logistical requirements for in-house seminars, facilitating selected behavioral training and orientation programs, tabulating and summarizing evaluation forms, and maintaining documentation and record keeping.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of B.S./A.B. Psychology, B.S. Human Resources Management/Personnel Management, or any Social Science course
- At least two (2) years of work experience, preferably in the field of training
- Skills in Presentation, Facilitation, and Training Development Techniques
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
