Job Description

Join our dynamic team at SGS – Sapient Call Center! We are mass hiring for Ticketing Agents with a one-day hiring process and a competitive salary of up to $28,00 monthly.

As a Ticketing Agent, you will manage inbound and outbound calls regarding ticket sales, reservations, cancellations, and customer inquiries. Your role will include assisting customers with our online ticketing platform and securing sensitive customer information.
