Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a Test Lead with 7-10 years in QA or software testing, including 2-3 years in a leadership role. You should have strong test management experience and be familiar with handling multiple projects or one complex project. Responsibilities:
- Lead software testing activities
- Establish Test Strategy, Plan, and Estimates
- Manage API Integration, automation, performance, and security testing
- Oversee defect management and triage processes
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
Essential Skills:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of LOS practices
