Job Description
Xentro Malls is on the lookout for a motivated and skilled Tenant Relations Officer to join our dedicated team. We are seeking candidates with a degree in business or a related field, ideally with prior experience in the mall or hotel industry. We also welcome applications from recent graduates who demonstrate a strong work ethic.
The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Key responsibilities include ensuring that tenants comply with lease terms, assisting in the resolution of construction-related issues, and conducting inspections of tenant areas in accordance with management standards.
