Job Description

Position Overview: As a Telco Account Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing exceptional support, and addressing inquiries related to telecommunications services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Identify retention opportunities through service upgrades and alternative solutions.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.
