Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide professional assistance via phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, document cases accurately, and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams. Maintain current product knowledge and deliver clear, patient guidance to customers.

• Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 1 year of customer support or technical experience; basic networking and operating system familiarity; strong communication and problem-solving skills; English proficiency.
• Preferred: CompTIA A+, CCNA, or prior SaaS support experience. Must be flexible with shifts and able to work effectively under pressure.
