Job Description

Phil-Data Business Systems, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues. You will handle:

• Technical support for Windows desktop OS and servers
• Network connectivity issues on Windows platforms
• Software installation and reinstallation
• Virus scanning and removal
• Basic hardware diagnostics and parts replacement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 1 year of IT Support experience
• Willing to work overtime and on a project-based, 1-year renewable contract
