Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Technical Support Intern to join our dynamic IT department at International Micro Village Inc. The intern will assist our technical team with troubleshooting, testing, and various tasks across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in resolving internal client technical issues.
- Help test and assess Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) units.
- Support maintaining non-critical hardware and software systems.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by managers.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Job Type: OJT (3 months)
Pay: Php200.00 per day
