Job Description
Hunters Hub Incorporated is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in mobile applications or digital banking. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ticketing systems, problem management, and incident resolution processes.
This full-time position requires troubleshooting technical issues while coordinating with technology partners and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Preferred certifications include ITIL Foundation, CSP, and CHDP.
Salary starts at Php50,00.00 per month, with 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday.
