Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide first-level support on workstations and applications.
Essential Functions:
- Offer technical assistance to internal and external customers.
- Communicate with end users to understand their requirements.
- Resolve routine problems and escalate complex issues.
- Maintain call information in our database.
- Assist with monthly chargeback reports.
- Schedule hardware and software installations for PC workstations.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
- One year of related experience required.
- Familiarity with technical equipment preferred.
