Job Description
Yondu is seeking a dedicated Technical Recruiter to join our team! The Recruiter will be responsible for achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, collaborating closely with hiring managers to discuss needs and establish recruiting requirements.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
Experience: 2-3 years in Placement Recruitment with a focus on Technical Hiring.
Skills: Proficient in Behavioral interviewing methods, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
