Job Description
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Job Summary:
The Technical Change Management Associate is responsible for managing changes to the ICT production environment. This role involves processing ICT-related change requests, ensuring quality and effectiveness through proper scheduling, approval levels, and risk assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in service management, particularly Configuration and Transition Management.
- Familiarity with enterprise-wide projects (e.g., CRM, ERP).
- IT certification (e.g., ITIL, IT4IT) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft tools and strong analytical skills.
