Job Description
Join ZXY Ecommerce Platform and Consultancy Inc. as a Team Leader. In this role, you will:
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and scheduling.
- Ensure efficient workflow management.
- Monitor delivery flow and rider performance.
- Support the Operations Manager in identifying risks and improvements.
- Address customer concerns related to products and services.
Job Qualifications: Experience in the food delivery industry; strong leadership; team management experience; computer skills; critical thinking; ability to work under pressure; willing to work in Malate, Manila.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month
