Job Description
DIAMOND MANPOWER MANAGEMENT SERVICES is seeking a qualified Team Leader for Gardener. The ideal candidate will mentor and supervise contractor workers deployed on client premises, providing work assignments and instructions as needed. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, managing attendance, ensuring compliance with health and sanitation standards, and overseeing cleanliness in all areas.
The Team Leader will serve as a representative, attending meetings and cascading information to workers. He/She should demonstrate appropriate behaviors, lead the team effectively, and exceed performance goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php 500.00 per day
Experience: Delivery Driver: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification: PDL (Preferred)
