Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Bonus: 5,00 Perfect Attendance
Benefits: HMO with 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, and Night Differential
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Philippine Time
Work Setup: WFO (Office-based)
Key Responsibilities:
- Train new hires and conduct call audits.
- Provide feedback to agents based on audits.
- Collaborate to improve collection processes.
- Support team quotas for collection activities.
Required Experience:
- Prior collections experience preferred.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
- Effective time management and multitasking.
Requirements
- Relevant certification or license (if applicable)
- Good problem-solving skills
- Multitasking ability
- Minimum education of a diploma or equivalent
