Job Description
- Single point of contact and support for operational issues.
- Manage training, induction, and SOP maintenance.
- Conduct weekly team meetings and share minutes with management.
- Administer the team roster and ensure service delivery standards.
- Perform monthly quality control and feedback sessions.
- Identify and address training gaps within the team.
- Facilitate annual performance reviews and manage attendance policies.
- Propose improvements for operational efficiency and quality.
- Document client complaints and engage in resolution processes.
- Promote a culture of excellence and support fellow team leaders.
