Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Team Lead with at least 2 years of experience in a BPO company. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and communication skills, experience managing multiple accounts, and a strong knowledge of mobile networks and internet services. You’ll be responsible for managing KPIs, developing team members, and providing daily updates to management and stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: 8-hour shift

Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary and overtime pay.
