Job Description
Job Purpose: The Teacher’s Agent is responsible for achieving loan targets and maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio while managing relationships and account servicing.
Main Accountabilities:
- Identify and maintain desirable loan accounts.
- Implement marketing strategies for loan origination targets.
- Gather and validate loan documentation.
- Assess funding structures based on client needs.
- Proactively monitor accounts.
- Provide policy improvement recommendations.
- Conduct collection efforts as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: Open to undergraduates, vocational course graduates, and ALS graduates. Experience is a plus but not required. A motorcycle is preferred.
